James Gleeson
James Gleeson is a business owner, real estate investor, and author of the “10 Fatal Mistakes Many Real Estate Investors Make.” He invested in his first rental property when he was 21 years old, and 6 years later has acquired over $33MM of real estate consisting of 200+ rental units. He has since paid off $400k of his mortgages free and clear, and has an expertise in value – add, multifamily real estate.
James has also personally fix and flipped dozens of properties, and conducts 1 on 1 real estate mentorships with almost a dozen students on a weekly basis. James became financially free at age 27, and quit his engineering job in the corporate world to pursue his passions as a full time real estate investor.
James’s goal is to help other aspiring investors attain their goals of financial freedom through real estate, and to help them fast track their goals of building a rental portfolio of their own.
